The Surbir Selection is the result of more than 10 years of research and passion to bring the best Italian and non-Italian products, which best reflect the characteristics of Acetaia San Giacomo: quality in the method, in the raw materials and in the taste!

 

However, wines have always represented our great passion, so much so that since 2016 we have been producing our Lambrusco Ugolino and since 2022 our first white, TreSpe.

In addition to them, periodic special selections alternate thanks to our direct knowledge with the winemakers.

Of the desserts, the great representative, in addition to temporary surprises, is the Soffice Balsamic , an artisanal panettone produced in collaboration with Pasticceria Filippi and with a personalized recipe for us, with our Balsamic Essenza. Only available before Christmas.
