Opera, Gastronomic Beer with Malt Vinegar (Baladin Brewery)
Amber Ale by Baladin Brewery , among the best artisanal in Italy.
With long aromas of malt, caramel, fruit and yeast typical of English-style beers, added with a touch of beer vinegar of our own production, obtained from the same beer left to acetify in oak barrels.
Very drinkable, the acidity is elegant and not at all tiring, it pairs perfectly with pasta with sauce and spiced grilled meats or for aperitifs.
One in a kind.
After the fifth bottle, the sixth is free!
Alcohol content 8.6% vol., Plato degrees 20, color (EBC) 30-34, bitterness level (IBU) 10-12, serving temperature 10-12 °C
"In the glass it has an intense copper color, enlivened by a fine perlage and with a cap of light and evanescent foam, of a veiled white tone.
On the nose, clear hints of pastry and candied panettone, made pleasantly fresh by a balsamic note of beer vinegar, delicate and scented with cereal.
At the first sip it amazes with its cleanliness and complexity of aromas. The acetic note is immediately accompanied by sweet hints of dry pastes and malt. In closing, to complete the journey, we reach a perfect and clean bitter nuance, slightly tannic and woody, attributable to the oak and acacia barrels in which the malt vinegar was refined for a long time."
