Artisanal fruit juices, spices, flowers and distilled herbs, aged wine vinegars mixed from the ideas of six leading personalities from the gastronomic world: the vinegars of Andrea Bezzecchi (Acetaia San Giacomo), the transformed fruit of Marco Colzani , the nose of Thomas Piras , the pairings of Matias Perdomo (Contraste) and Simon Press , the knowledge of Niccolò Scaglione .

It is the only one that, since the beginning, produces only pure balsamic without added vinegar, 100% from organic cooked must. We do not produce Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, glazes, "Balsamic White" by choice.
