Beer vinegar

Product information

We developed this Beer Vinegar, which is technically a Malt Vinegar, together with Birrificio Baladin, an institution of the artisanal brewing movement in Italy.

Theirs is the raw material, an excellent amber ale, and ours is the commitment to a long, slow and superficial oxidation at natural temperature for about 9 months, without forcing.

During acidification, the beer develops strong malty and biscuit aromas, along with hops and citrus.

The acidity is low and pleasant. The unusual aroma is perfect for BBQ sauces, mayonnaise or marinades for grilled pork, fried food, fatty and structured fish.

Acetaia San Giacomo

It is the only one that, since the beginning, produces only pure balsamic without added vinegar, 100% from organic cooked must. We do not produce Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, glazes, "Balsamic White" by choice.
The production also includes raw vinegars, all produced according to the ancestral method in barrels.

Finally, the Surbir Selection concerns all those products that we have chosen from other companies that share with us a production philosophy aimed at quality only, without compromise. From coffee, to Parmigiano Reggiano, to fresh pasta, each item has something that makes it unique.
