Our first white wine!
Vinified by a local winery that has been collaborating with us for years, this is our first vintage (2022) of white.
Usually, in fact, the grapes of these varieties are destined for cooking for balsamic vinegar, but this time we decided to allocate a small quantity of must for the production of white wine.
Sparkling, of course!
The wine remained on the lees, in the bottle with a crown cap, for almost a year before being labeled to referment , so we expect it to give its best in about a year. About a thousand bottles produced.
The organic and hand-picked Trebbiano Modenese and Spergola work together in this wine, making it taut, fresh, with a very lively and pleasant note of fruit and white flowers. The refermentation in the bottle ensures a pleasant bubble and a mature nose.
A very easy-to-drink and, above all, clean wine, it is perfect in the summer with an aperitif or pasta with sauce.
