Dry Malvasia dell'Emilia IGT refermented in autoclave produced by Azienda Agricola La Collina, available in both dry and sweet versions.

The various products are all biodynamic, including the wine.

The typical floral aromas of the aromatic Malvasia di Candia are very evident in this extremely clean wine and suitable for any occasion, from an aperitif to an outdoor lunch in the dry version.
The sweet version has an interesting sweetness that is not intrusive or cloying.
Perfect with dry pastries (cantucci and other biscuits), panettone and tarts.
