Giovanni Erbisti Coffee 1947 Ground Moka 250 gr or Whole Bean 500 gr

Product information

Blend of four types of Arabica selected and roasted separately.

Important structure, sweetness balanced by the right acidity and salinity. The not excessive presence of caffeine and the acidity make it perfect as an after-dinner drink.

From the leaflet that follows the package:

This coffee is a selection of four types of Arabica roasted separately and blended manually in the original percentage.
The recipe is that of the first blend that Giovanni Erbisti prepared sixty-four years ago with the systems and precautions that have always been in use in our family since then, which has reached the fourth generation of roasters with us.
Giovanni Erbisti '47 in the cup is of great structure, slightly salty, rich, full of sweet taste.
Full-bodied and penetrating. The aroma is of nuts. The scent of honey and chocolate.
The low caffeine content and high acidity make it digestive and easily digestible.

Acetaia San Giacomo

It is the only one that, since the beginning, produces only pure balsamic without added vinegar, 100% from organic cooked must. We do not produce Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, glazes, "Balsamic White" by choice.
The production also includes raw vinegars, all produced according to the ancestral method in barrels.

Finally, the Surbir Selection concerns all those products that we have chosen from other companies that share with us a production philosophy aimed at quality only, without compromise. From coffee, to Parmigiano Reggiano, to fresh pasta, each item has something that makes it unique.
