This coffee is a selection of four types of Arabica roasted separately and mixed manually in the original percentage.
The recipe is that of the first blend that Giovanni Erbisti prepared sixty-four years ago with the systems and techniques always in use in our family since then, which has reached the fourth generation of roasters with us.
Giovanni Erbisti '47 in the cup is of great structure, slightly saline, rich, full of sweet taste.
Full-bodied and penetrating. The aroma is nutty. The scent of honey and chocolate.
The low caffeine content and the high degree of acidity make it digestive and easily digestible
