Product information

For the first time since the creation of the protection consortium, it is finally possible to bottle Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP in these new 10 ml bottles.

This allows you to taste the formidable Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
( at least 12 years of barrel aging ) at a more affordable price, or to make a gift that is different from the usual: the pretty little bottle, combined with the elegant blue box, make it a beautiful object.

Beautiful to look at and good to taste, it gives the opportunity to try the typical Balsamic of the medieval and Renaissance noble families of the courts between Reggio Emilia and Modena.

Remember that to taste it at its best, NEVER use a metal spoon!
Instead, use a plastic teaspoon or, even better,
the Acetaia San Giacomo porcelain spoon.

For a perfect smell and for another beautiful object, the
Olfactory Chambers : half crystal spheres, blown by hand, perfect for capturing all the aromatic nuances that differentiate the Traditional from any other balsamic vinegar.
