The revelation
To the west, the depths of the monsoon forest of southern India have produced the coffee we have always awaited: Chickmagalùr Karnataka.
It is the cultivation of a single variety of Arabica which the only plantation in the village of Chickmagalùr expresses, through ancient care, at 1100 meters above sea level.
Harvested by hand, it is washed twice.
Chickmagalùr in a cup expands and goes beyond the boundaries of the sensorial universe known so far.
It is more than dense in structure and body.
Persistent cocoa and chocolate.
And more cocoa concentrated beyond the limits of memory.
