Welcome to the Sour Renaissance!

Acetyco is one of the first experiments of Acetyca . Excuse the circumlocution.

Non-alcoholic, carbonated, in 250 ml cans, it is the ideal aperitif or all-meal drink for those who want a complete and long-lasting taste, without giving in to alcohol.
The base is made from two organic vinegars made by us, one raw and one cooked.
A white wine vinegar and a 100% apple balsamic.
Mandarin extracts and natural lemon flavouring were then added to the infusion for a fresh, citrusy flavour.

The acidity supports the flavour and gives freshness and ties in with the slightly bitter finish of the quinine.
A structured and very long taste that becomes perfect as a base for cocktails with gin or whiskey.

The notes are reminiscent of mandarin and chinotto, accompanied by a good background of cooked apple and caramel; the slight acidity of the wine vinegar balances everything, without standing out too much from the rest.
